Winter Team Memberships
Contracts starting November 2025 are now available for purchase, and have changed slightly from the previous year. To offer more flexibility for teams to buy sessions at their preferred times or to lower the total cost of the contract, we now offer incentives for weekend and odd time slots. Teams are guaranteed the full facility for two hours each session and can use all of the equipment.

Contract Examples:
The Blue Devils Team wants a 16 session contract. They generally prefer to practice during the week, but are considering adding 4 weekend times for cost purposes. They decide to get 8 Tier 1 time slots, 4 Tier 2 time slots, and 4 Tier 3 time slots. The cost of the contract would be $3700 + tax.
The Wipeout’s Team wants a 20 session contract, and they can only practice from 6-8PM M-F. Their contract would be $4500 + tax.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do the memberships work?
Within 48 hours of your membership purchase, you will receive a unique door code tied to your membership. Once you have the code, you can immediately begin using the facility during any of the open access hours. You can also begin making reservations with your credits through your Mindbody account up to 30 days out. You can spread out your reserved time slots or book them all back-to-back to fit your needs. Once your reservation credits have been used up for the 30-day window, you will have to wait until the next month to reserve more time or book more slots on an individual basis at a rate of $20 per half-hour per cage ($25 for non-members). If you find that you are consistently wanting more reserved time, consider upgrading your membership to a higher level. Credits will not accumulate month to month. They must be used during the 30-day rolling window or they will be lost.
Where can I book times?
We use the MindBody platform for scheduling our facility. You can book batting cages here.
How many people can I bring with me?
Memberships will allow you to bring in up to four participants at a time per cage rental. So, if you book out both cages using your credits, you could bring up to eight participants. A participant includes anybody who is actively using a cage, coach included, even if all they are doing is feeding the pitching machine. Nonparticipants are welcome to observe or hang out in our upstairs lounge.
Are there any age restrictions?
All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). You must be 16 years or older to run the pitching machines.
How does access to the soft toss/glove work area work?
The soft toss/glove work square will be equally divided into 2 stations with 1 station being tied to each batting cage reservation.
What equipment is available for general use?
Each batting cage will have a pitching machine along will both baseball/softball machine balls to feed into the machine. Each batting cage also has a tee and Z-screen available. In the soft toss/glove work square, there will be two tees and two soft toss nets, along with a J-band station and rebound wall. Buckets of baseballs and softballs (11 in and 12 in) will also be available for general use. Real baseballs and softballs cannot be used in the pitching machine, but can be used for soft toss, tee work, glove work, and front toss in both the soft toss areas and batting cages. In the workout area, there are jump ropes, medicine balls, dumbbells, agility ladders, a plyo box, yoga balls, and a sliding mat. Finally, there are pitching mounds and pitching mats available for use as well.
Can I use my membership to conduct private hitting/pitching/fielding lessons?
Absolutely! You’ll get the best value out of a homerun membership that will allow you to book out a cage for longer periods of time to accommodate your schedule and clients.
Do I have to buy a membership, or can I just rent out cages as needed?
You are free to rent out cages as needed at a rate of $25 per cage per half hour. Visit this link to do that. Keep in mind that a membership will give you much better value though, as well as give you a 20% discount on any additional cage rentals you may need.
Can I reserve your entire facility to run a team practice or host a birthday party?
Yes, you can do that by using your membership credits to reserve both cages during reservation hours for the allotted time needed or by paying a rate of $25 per cage per half hour if you don’t want to use your membership credits. Booking such an event is subject to availability.
Is there a bathroom at the facility?
Yes, there is a single user private bathroom available and drinking fountains
What other general use rules do I need to be aware of?
Membership Door Code sharing is not allowed. While you are free to bring in different participants each time you access the facility, you cannot disseminate your code for general use. Keep in mind that each code is unique and tied to your membership and you will be on camera while at the facility. If you are caught sharing codes, your membership will be revoked without a refund.
The pull-out batting cages and pitching machines will be setup and ready to use upon arrival. If you wish to use the space in a different way than the original configuration, that is fine as long as you return the cage to original setup at the end of your allotted time.
You must only use the designated pitching machine balls in the pitching machines. All other general use baseballs and softballs used should be returned to their buckets and placed in their storage area at the end of your time.
You are responsible for any damage incurred to the facility during your time. Protective netting should never be pulled on or climbed in any way.
During open access hours, you will be expected to share and rotate in and out of the cages if more than one set of participants is present. The open access time is a great way to get a lot of value out of your membership if your schedule allows, but you might need to be flexible and courteous to other members that happen to show up at the same time as you. Reserved time slots are the only time to get fully private access to the cages.
All food and drinks must stay off the turfed area of the facility. The upstairs lounge is a great place to consume any food/drink items.
No cleats allowed. Tennis shoes only.
Please clean up any trash you have and as a general rule leave the facility in the same or better condition than when you arrived.
